Storage Auction - General Information

Public sale for non-payment of self storage charges at Store Yer Stuff, 105 SE 591st Road, Warrensburg, MO.


·      Only bids on the entire unit's contents will be accepted.

·      Payments must be made in cash.

·      A deposit of $75 will be required and returned once everything is cleaned out of the unit within 48 hours.

·      Rules and Regulations information sheet will be handed out on the day of the sale. 



This facility reserves the right to place a minimum bid on any auction item or unit or reject the bid. All sales are subject to the right of the facility to pull all or part of the property from the sale of the item, batch or unit for any reason.
